Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Please come and say hi!

Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived off white head. Light palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, a light creamy sweetness pitched perfectly. Light cooling pine. Bright juicy citrus, orange, mandarin, tangerine and a touch of grapefruit. Nibbly hop spice and a very light but pleasing savoury hop skunk. Light finish. Yeah, could drink a lot of this.

Can at home, 23rd November 2025. Pours a light hazy orange yellow. Aroma is peach and apricots. Taste is floral, tropical, so much peach, really delightful, a tingle of bitterness and peach stone in the finale.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine into a bright juicy hop fruits array. Light bright citrus and stone fruits. Dolcita obvious but not bossing it like it often does. Coconut and pineapple. Nectarine and a little floral peach on the light crisp finish which also brings a little hop spice. A delightfully bright and fruity affair. Could drink this all night.
