Very vegetal, almost savory with the chive and mustard notes mixed in among the citrus. Finishes with a touch of pine, but the lingering condiment-like finish is odd, man.

Pint at the Commerce Kitchen in Huntsville. Pours a murky, orange color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is blood orange, resin, grapefruit, cloves, and rosemary. Juicy and surprisingly dry. Pleasantly bitter. Medium body, crisp, and a touch acidic. Quality.
