30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear dark amber brown with no head. Aroma is rich dark honey, caramel, spices, hedgerow, dried fruits, brown bready hints. Very sweet, with some warming boozy notes and a gentle bitter edge. Thick and slick. A super tasty sipper.

Taste is sweet with slight tartness. Smooth, slick, quite full bodied, no carbonation. Warming tangy bittersweet finish. Good.
