Draft pour at the Aslin 3rd Anniversary party. Poured a slihgtly cloudy orange color with a small white, wispy head. Aroma was light hops, some mild juicy character. Light citrus. Mild, easy to drink.

On tap at Union, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out subdued smoky whiskey, toasted caramel and light barrel character. Flavour is loaded with bourbon barrels upfront, with smokey notes and toasted caramel. The bourbon barrels really carry this. Really good.

On tap at Union, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out moderate smoke, toasted caramel and bready malt. Flavour is robust, with smoked malt, toasted caramel and bready malt. Fairly smoky but quite gentle. Decent.

On tap at Union, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lacto, some coriander, light salt and a bit of vomit. Flavour is less vomit-like, with lacto, some salt, and coriander. Decently made, no nonsense gose.

On tap at Union, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral notes, lime, and citrus. Flavour is like a lemon lime drink, with dry floral notes. Really limey. Nice stuff.

On tap at Union, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite clean, with fresh piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and light citrus. Piney and well-balanced. Really nice old school IPA.
