440 ml can. Typical nitro-can pour, golden with a thick creamy off-white head; aroma of cherry cola; sweet malt taste; with a dry slightly bitter follow through. An alcopop that looks like a beer - not a good combination!

Can. Yellow with a slight head. Slight aroma of hops, hint of sweetness in the flavour with an industrial aftertaste. One to avoid, if possible.

440ml can from Sainsburys. Gold colour with thick white head. As a student, I drank a fair bit of this especially in The Pilgrim pub in Liverpool. So interested in this. Aroma is fairly horrible. Some corn and cereal even some tinned salmon skin. Bit of lemon maybe. Not much in mouth and then lemony crispish finish. Bit more lemon. Not entirely awful.

Canned (thanks mabjork!). Golden amber colour, big creamy white head. Aroma is fruits, spices, slight maltyness and wood. Flavour is malts, caramel, slight wood. Very mouthdrying beer. A rather creamy thing.

500ml Can. A hazy pale straw colour with masses of white head, and very lively;sickly sweet grainy aroma; "light taste" according to the can - now I know what a light tastes like I won’t be wanting another one. Thin, watery and a waste of time.

Draught. Nitro-dispensed deep golden, almost copper-colored, clear ale with a creamy, cream-white head. Weak aroma with some fruity hops and some caramelized malt. The same goes for the flavor. Medium, cream-smooth body and a lightly hopped finish. Quite quaffable, maybe because it was served way too cold, but every brewer could do better. (070210)

Bottled. Got it on Tenerife, the label said it was made by Coors UK, and it was 5% ABV. What a waste of a beer. Pale, yellow body with a small, white cap. Very weak aroma with fruity notes. Very weak flavor with some grainy notes and an even weaker herbal note. Very watery mouthfeel. If one is to use barley, one shoud use more, this is a waste. (070209)

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a fluffy and persistent off-white foamy head. Slightly dusty and sweet malty aroma with aromatic apricot-fruity notes and flowery, slightly resiny hops. Modrately bitter flavour, medium body, smooth and pleasant mouthfeel. Sligtly toasted malty and fruity taste; moderately dry, malty, slightly fruity and bitter finish with an aromatic hoppy touch. Quaffable, moreish brew.

Bottle conditioned Very likely with champagne-like bubbles and a massive cream head on top of a bright golden ale; clean hoppy aroma; very fruity in the mouth and a subtle dry finish.

Bottle: Amber coloured, slightly hazy, big fluffy off-white head, lacing and slowly collapsing; robust fruity (red berries) and malty/caramelly nose with a very distinctive hoppy-aromatic touch; stronger bitter flavour, quite dry, light to medium bodied; dry aromatic-bitter finish, balanced by a caramelly fruitiness. A fine stuff...........
