(Can). Smooth, creamy, drinkable but pretty flavourless bitter. There are better ones around!

Well, it used to be a Welsh beer anyway. It was brewed in a Bass facility in Cardiff, and I'm not sure if that's running anymore. Amber colour; funny smell like malt mixed with mincemeat; palate also shows me mincemeat, plus apricots, malt and caramel.

Amber; bit of speyside malt in the nose; quick and bland palate, watery finish, accented towards caramel.

Rather sweet and watery. Does have a cream taste, but so what, so do many other beers. This really takes the style of a dry stout, lightens the flavor and keeps the body. Low ABV dosent help the cause either. I am being too harsh though, it's not like this is a bad beer to drink, just nothing special.

Smooth bitterness and a somewhat yeasty liquorice-flavour makes this beer a winner in my book!

Brownish amber and very creamy. Sweet, rather malty, fruity, with creamy mouthfeel, but lacking in character and with a very industrial feeling to it.

Why on earth should the British even try brewing pilsener/lager - they're so much better at ales and stouts. If you after all, of some obscure reason, should choose to drink pils in England: Stick to the imports.
