330 ml bottle. Milky orange. Wood, lots of wood and oak barrel, lactic acid, rubber, lemon juice, soy sauce. Dry sourness, umami. Medium bodied, milky texture, fizzy carbonated, dry sour woody finish. Really nice!

330 ml bottle. Unclear yellow. Lots of lactic acid, fermented pickles, lemon juice, grapefruit, apple vinegar, raw rhubarb. Intense acidic sourness. Medium to light bodied, fizzy carbonated, dry acidic sour finish. Well made, intense and (too) sour Berliner Weiße.

A bit murky coppery amber, small white head, nonlasting. Mild nose, gently sweet grape must, a bit fruity. Nice. Mildly soury, lots of honey sweetness and caramel. Gentle aftertaste. medium light. No alcohol.

(Draught at Lemke Hackescher Markt, Berlin, 30 July 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, cereal, hay and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, grain, hay and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.
