Bottle from Rewe near Kurfürsterdamm in Berlin. Color: Hazy yellow-ish golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Light tart, wood, floral notes. Taste: Light to moderate tart, very light sweet. Fruity hints of apple and citrus, subtle notes of oak wood. Herbal ans lightly spicy notes, mustard(/?) hints. Some funk and vanilla too. Quite complex for a Berliner Weisse. Under medium body. Just below average carbonation. Nice Berliner Weisse.

Flaska från SB. Disig/grumlig gyllengul vätska nästan utan skum. Syrlig doft med mycket citrus. Pigg och syrlig. Mest citrussyrlig men också lite laktosyrlig. Riktigt syrlig för stilen. Lätt sälta, vete, stenfrukt. Kanske väl syrlig och fruktig. Ok

330ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Spice, tangerine, peach and banana in the aroma. Orange, banana, toffee, grain and spice in the taste.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a rich, white head. Very lactic nose - is there some Brett as well? Light body, an initial fruity sweetness before a light tartness takes over. No real hops to be detected. I usually don't like straight Berliners much, but this is actually very accessible and refreshing. 090922

Bottle at tasting with the Munich Ratebeer tasting group, Tuesday 2nd August 2022 at Jonas's house Garching. Pours hazy yellowy colour with a white head, soft moutheel, a little flurry of creamyness, good.

Cloudy golden. Aroma is mango pineapple lychee light bread. Taste is bitter kick and light sweet fresh malt base and little hop bitterness. Quite drinkable but the first bitter kick is strange.
