Light blonde, clear, thin white head
Aroma of soft fruits, soft cereal malts, dull nose, no hops
Taste of light malt, touch of dry zest, bit of yeast, soft minerals
Palate - Light body, fairly bitter. Finish is just very dry bitter, dry, dry, dry
Overall - Plain stuff. Just lots of dryness. It least it does what it says on the tin.

Half pint, cask ale shared with Leif at Magnet Freehouse. Lacing rings down the glass from a tiny off-white head. Crystal clear amber coloured body. Grass and oily hops on the nose. Malt-fruity flavours including biscuit and orange Smooth and well balanced (Stockport 03.02.2015).

Cask. Yellowish golden colour, small bubbly head. Aroma is floral, grassy, nectary and a bit sulphury with some herbal notes. Flavour is herbal, honeylike sweetness, some bready and grassy notes to it. Surprisingly earthy and bitter golden ale.

Half pint, cask ale at Thomas Frost, Liverpool Kirkdale before going to Anfield to support West Ham. Pale golden body, naked surface, dotted spots on the glass. Lemony hops on the nose. Moderate flavours of dusty hops with citric hints. Fruity bitter ending. Oily palate. Session qualities (31.01.2015).

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Black with a frothy off-white head. Light tasting and easy drinking as it slips down the palate with ease. Has a hardly noticeable roasted aroma and taste, but even so is very enjoyable and could easily be a dark session ale.

Keg @ The Works, Sowerby Bridge. Brewed by Phoenix as the landlady confirmed, this is a light but palatable lager with a healthy golden colour, carbonation and thin head.

Has an Orange-brown colour. Malty and grassy aroma. Quite a sweet taste. Some orange syrup.

Pint at the Victoria, Lincoln. Very pale yellow gold, with a white head. Aroma was almost nothing, just light hops. Taste is a touch sharpe, with citrus hops.
