Description
Started brewing under this name in 2016. The site was previously Kemptown Brewery in Brighton. In late 2020 we commissioned our brand new, high quality, steam heated brewery in Worthing, West Sussex. It features a 2000 litre brew kit with four 4000 litre fermenters, an automated canning line and large 5oC cold store meaning we can produce, package and store our beer in the best possible conditions. We are also joined by Cloak and Dagger Brewing, renting space on the site, whose beers are also featured in our taproom.

Pint at Hand in Hand Brighton. Clear straw yellow with some sudsy white head.  Sunflowers and dandelions and lemon blossom and herbs.  Simple grain bill with flowers and herbs and light soap over.  Again, not really new England but not bad either.  7 3 7 3 13

Cask pour at Hand in Hand Brighton, murky brown, a ring of brown head. Nose is excellent and very expressive for a cask beer. Malt and coffee and brown sugar and black pepper. Flavor is a touch watery, but still nice. Coffee, malt and cola. Finishes watery with a touch of tannins. 8 4 7 3 13
