Description
Started brewing under this name in 2016. The site was previously Kemptown Brewery in Brighton. In late 2020 we commissioned our brand new, high quality, steam heated brewery in Worthing, West Sussex. It features a 2000 litre brew kit with four 4000 litre fermenters, an automated canning line and large 5oC cold store meaning we can produce, package and store our beer in the best possible conditions. We are also joined by Cloak and Dagger Brewing, renting space on the site, whose beers are also featured in our taproom.

Keg at The Hand in Hand Brewpub, Brighton. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, peach, tropical aroma and taste, rather pleasant but not really a DIPA, more like a pale ale on steroids.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 18th August 2021. Coppery amber with shallow off-white foam and spot lacing. Richly malty aroma with nuttiness - hazelnut. Tangy fruits, leafy hoppiness and nutty malts in-mouth, and a finish of of bitter grassiness and sweet, nutty malts. Velvet smooth mouthfeel and a light to medium body. A very well crafted ale. And yes it is that good.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingmane. A almost clear golden yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is pale stale bread, grassy hop, light skunky, liquorice. Flavour is composed of pale bready , spicy, grassy hop, herbal. lager notes. Lacking wit yeast character. Palate is crisp, grainy, highish carbonation. Meh.
