At Hand in Hand Brighton. Hardly hazy, starbright sunflower yellow with some sudsy white head. Floral nose, light pineapple, citrus, yuzu even. Simple grist, very floral, some soap in the mouth. Lightly watery, floral and fruity. It's not new England but it's nice. 7 3 7 3 13

Cask at the Harp - Trafalgar Square. Pours clear brown with a thick, frothy beige cap. Medium sweet flavour with nice creamy dark malts, mellow roast, a little earthy-ashy bitterness, cocoa, a hint of dark fruit. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, softly roasty.

330ml can via Beer52: BB 10th May 2024. Drank at home on 27th October 2023. Pale gold, clean and clear, fast fading white bubbles on top. Grainy nose and taste, some hop bitterness takes over and this becomes a pretty hoppy brew with an earthy undertone. --- Beer merged from original tick of Brew 795 Low Mile Lager on 27 Oct 2023 at 10:22 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Some increasing bitterness to finish. Quite okay.

Growler fill from Low Cost Beer. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - raisins, figs, booze and wood. Dark chocolate and molasses. Taste - chocolate, nuts, raisins. Again boozy wood (possibly rum). Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture. Sweet but lightly dry finish. Overall - lovely stuff.

Klassiek, droog, koffie met room, hint van tabak, gebrande noten, nitro uiterlijk. Waterig maar smaakvol, prima bij dit hondenweer.
