Bottle, 5.7%. Malty, citric, quite yeasty aroma. Sparkling, slightly hazy golden colour, getting quite cloudy, muddy, milky and chunky towards the bottom. Big stable rocky white head. The flavour is mild, a little citrus. Late uncompromising bitterness. OK, but there are plenty of better pilseners out there.

Bottled. Hazy amber color, short off-white head. Aroma of grassy hop, hardly any grapefruit in aroma (more in taste), some caramel malt. Taste is very bitter, loads of grapefruit. The difference between the hops is very nicely noticeable in this beer, which makes it a bit extraordinary, but not less drinkable.
