Golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, malts and fruity yeast. Bitter flavour, fruity, pronounced hops. Dry and bitter finish.
Not bad, quite fruity and pleasant, though a bit middle-of-the-road.
(Draught -I thought- @ Brugs Bier Festival 2013)

33 cl. bottle sampled @ Brugs Bier Festival 2013. Bryggja? Man that sounds more Scandinavian than Flemish to me. Pale golden with a white head. Smell is floral, cereal, white sugar, sweet bread,… Taste is sweet BE touch dough yeast, banana, white sugar & bread, light floral, hay, touch malts. Light. Once more too inoffensive & bland for me.

Sample @ Brugge Bierfest ’13. Dorée, col blanc. Retrouve ici tout le style triple surtout dans la levure. Le tout reste herbacé sur des houblons nobles donnant de fines notes citronnées. Malts donnent un profil caramel/grillé léger surpassé par la levure-ester et houblons.

Draught Fast gone whitish head, with some shards of lace; clear yellow-golden beer. Rainwater, herbal, grassy nose. Sweet-herbal flavour, cooked lemonbalm, bit soapy flavours. No alcohol discernible and seems certainly not very attenuated. Bit yeasty streak. Light, weak - a tripel? Whatever this is, a tripel is just what was aimed at.

Ar: 6, Ap: 4, T: 6, P: 3, O: 10, Total: 2.9
Note: the next day I sampled the beer from the bottle (without taking notes), but it was significantly better than from the tap. I brought a bottle home with me, which will be rerated in a few weeks/months, when the yeast will have had the time to work it's magic.
Clear blond beer, very smooth creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet fruity esters, some banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, yeasty, bready, some banana peel. Aftertaste: bit metallic, pretty bitter, dry, bit grassy, hoppy and bitter yet pretty straightforward and blunt.
