Hazy, pale, with a thick head. Light body, floral hop, light esters, mild pale malt. Maybe a touch of tartness.

Toasty, sort of EPA character I guess. Soft body, light nuttiness, caramel malts. Amber and kind of murky appearance. Boring amber ale more than anything.

On tap. Nitro. Pours black with full foamy nitro head. Atomas of creamy chocolate and roasted malts. Flavors of same. Creamy and sweet.

Flight pour at Darby's. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma has very light citric tropical fruit and sweet malts. Flavour has slightly bitter orange peel, sweet malts. It's okay.

16oz pour at Darby's. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma has light pale malts and straw. Flavour has chewy malts, straw. And liquorice? Decent pilsner.

(Can) Cloudy yellow colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of pineapple, tropical fruit, white bread, herbs, a touch of yeast and citrus. Fruity, taste with pineapple, grapefruit, white bread, herbs and a mild citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Crisp, fresh and tasty. Very nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours black with beige head. Aroma has smokey roasted malts. Great roasted malt Imperial Stout; some chocolatey sweetness. Solid.

Hazy, pale amber. Thin head. Medium bitterness, light guava. Balanced, maintains good biscuity malt note and hopp bitterness.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is full of bretty funk, some rustic saison yeast, and some crunchy earthiness. Flavour is rustic, with lots of deep farmhouse funk, light yeast, toasted cereal grains, and a touch of citrus. Cereal grains and rustic funkiness on the finish. Very good.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours black with a large tan head. Aroma is soft, with toasted malt, earthiness, and a touch of dry cocoa powder. Flavour is straightforward, with dry roasted malt, earrhinesss, and a touch of dry cocoa. Dry and roasty, with a soft palate. Very good.
