Can from The Wine Thief - Downtown, New Haven. Pours like orange juice: orange, almost pulpy (not, it's just murky as hell), sloppy sewage head. Aroma is strong orange juice, grapefruit, pine, minor floral hops. Flavor is orange juice and rind... wow, almost exactly, with hints of tangerine - actually the flavor turns to tangerine and lingers. Dry. This is like drinking a glass of juice.

375ml bottle at Matt's. Pours a hazy redish golden with a tan head. Aroma is very fruity and sweet with cherry kompot notes. Tasty is very boozy with some cherry notes. Oily and boozy...

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out booze, candied sugar, and booze. Flavour is very boozy and sweet, with some phenols and harsh booze. Cloyingly sweet, harsh and phenolic. A trainwreck.

Bottle - Sweet cherry pie. Cloudy gold with a decent beige head. Sweet and sticky with cherry notes and a bit of bitterness. Booze is well hidden, but very sticky.

Near black. Thick head. Nice chocolate aroma both syrup and malt. Thick, chocolatey, moderately toasty, just a touch of tartness in the finish but really just lends some balance to all the rich sweetness. Lots of bitterness to this as well. The balance is unusual but I definitely like it.

Bottle shared in Keystone. Moderate gusher! Pours unclear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds lemon candies, a little sweat, lemony tang. Light sweet flavour with subtle lemony tartness, hints of apple skins, wheat bread, a little acidity. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, tart and lemony, with nips of straw, citrus peel. Pretty nice.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, creamy head. Creamy aroma, orangey flavor, fruity, some pithy bitterness in the final.
Good, a bit dirty.

Blond color. Smells like homeless guy on the bus. Moderate acidity; the dough flavor is too strong; a bit lemony.
With this smell and the doughy yeast, this is very poorly executed.

Hazy tan, thin head. Really thin and phenolic - the whole cleaners and band-aids thing. This is a dominant character. That is a bit unfortunate.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out various Thai spices and some saison yeast. Flavour is loaded with coriander and miscellaneous Thai spices, along with some saison yeast. Spicy and yeasty. Not totally my thing, but it's competently done.
