Bottle complete set thanks to rich rbsg grand tasting. Pours out golden topped with a white head head. Nose is some funny Brett along with wood notes. Taste is more of the nice dry Brett notes and some funk.

Flaska från SB, nästan 2 år gammal. Klarguldig med vit krona. Funkigt och syrligt med citron, citronkärnor, stall, gröna druva, vitvin, örtiga och jordiga toner och längre ner nästan lite vinäger. En lätt och oerhört stram kropp åt det tunnare hållet. Känns av att den inte är fatlagrad. Känns väldigt ren och nästan lite platt. Väldigt speciell typ av suröl, förstås om man inte går igång på det.

375ml red wax tipped bottle. Pours a murky red-brown with a small, short lived, foamy, tan head that leaves spotty lacing. Tart aroma of white wine, vinegar, oak, raisin and honey with roasted malt in the background. Tart flavour of roasted malt, chocolate, raisin, white wine, balsamic vinegar, oak, honey and zingy mustard with a dry, acidic, mildly bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Complex, a decent Sour.

It pours a hazed orange with a nice head of foam that settles down to nearly an inch.
Pungent oranges, like they threw in the peel, grapefruit but really, it's all aboot them mandarins.
Yep, more of that orange peel in the taste. Bitter yet pleasing. Some grapefruit adds to the bitterness, some of the flavour borders on sweet but juicy is what describes this best.
First impression is that it's full bodied, heck I'll leave it right there.

Bottled at Monk's American Bar, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Aroma of pineapple esters. Fairly sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Pineapple, green apples and mild spicy hay. Drying out somewhat towards a finish with fairly low bitterness. Bit too clean malt profile.

Bottle in hotel room NYC... Golden amber.. Thin white lacing.. salty floral lemon.. white wine nose... Soft sweet floral fruit.. Light lemon.. Bitter grape.. Light sauternes tones... definitely white wine tones and floral fruit.. Light brett finish
