On tap at PIB 2015, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett notes, white wine and other wild bacteria. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with white wine barrels, brett and other wild creatures. Super wild and dry. Excellent.

Sample at Daily Growler UA. Pours a dark brown color with a thin light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, yeast and dark fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of tart fruit, earthy yeast and sweet malt. The finish is tart with a vine fruit and yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with almost no head. Nose is quite complex, with lots of lacto upfront, followed by white wine and a touch of funky brett. Flavour is along the same lines, with a great blend of lacto and brett, accentuated nicely by lightly tart, oaky white wine barrels. Could use a little more carbonation, but that's a minor grape. Complex and very cohesive. Excellent.

Clear gold color with a white head. The aroma is sour apple. The taste is a true crab apple flavor that finishes with that bitter apple flavor This is written by someone who is not a fan of sour beers

Bottle. Hazy to cloudy bright yellow color, thick white head with good retention and lacing. Nice peppery, dusty haystacks in barnyards aroma. Taste is dusty overripe lemons. Easy drinking and very bretty.

Shared at Ale Alpharetta by West. Pours dark, transparent brown, with a small, tan head. The aroma is chocolate pudding, toasted oak, and caramel. The flavor is sweet and a touch boozy, but a little weak. Medium body, smooth, and sort of watery. This beer has a great nose, and promising flavor, but it is not heavy or aggressive enough.

375 mL bottle, wax covered, poured. Pours a dense yellowish, orange color with an active fizz head. Funky lemon aroma with some belgian yeast, and a little tropical fruit. Drinks a little dry throughout, white winish, and a nice balance with spice. Very nice tart up front. Very fun beer for me. Really enjoyed the beer throughout. Cool bottle too. I dig it.
