5 oz pour from the bottle at Seattle IBF. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a short fizz head. Floral aroma with melon. Flavor closely matches with the expected cucumber splash which actually goes really nicely here. Overall nicely done. You know what’s annoying? When people call cucumbers, cukes. You know who you are.

12 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out vinous notes, lots of lavender, and brett. Flavour is complex and cohesive, with lots of lavender upfront, followed by big funky brett notes and white wine barrels. Very spicy, bretty, and complex. Could use a bit more carbonation. Very good stuff.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour earthy fruit with light grain and a decent amount of funk underlying. Flavor has a pretty acidic sour fruit note with some earthy grain and a musty/oaky funk.

Bottle. Pours with a hazed yellow hued body with a medium sized white head, great lace. Aromas are of grass, tropical fruit, weed, mango, pineapple. Interesting combination of brett ethyl phenols and hops. Some floral coriander in the background. Flavors are spicy, forward on the coriander, some mango, cilantro, lime zest, hoppy (not bitter, but flavor). Medium tartness, lively carbonation pretty refreshing, good.

On tap at PIB 2015, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky brett and some tangy citrus notes. Flavour is very funky, with lightly tart notes, lots of funk and a touch of citrus. Very complex and funky. Really well-balanced. Excellent.
