Bottle. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is cherry skin, roast, and oak. Thin mouth, very tart, nice coffee roast, cherry, acidic, oak, complex, really enjoyed this.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow white head. Nose/taste of wet hay, must, lemon, french oak, white wine, light spicy cedar, lemongrass and white pepper - medium body. I guess some soggy goat notes too.

Bottle at the DC Expanded Sour Tasting. Poured a hazy straw-yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light lemon, some dusty funk notes. Floral character. Light sour, with some light tartness. Hay notes.

Bottle at the DC Expanded Sour Tasting. Hazy lemonade yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lemon, funk, citrus. floral notes. Tastes of lemons, funk, floral notes. Light body with a dry finish.

Sample at Bob’s Bar for CCBW during the "Founders CBS Tapping" event on 05/07/2015. Clear copper-orange color with a medium thick white head that dissipates gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is tropical fruits, herbs and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly funky citrus, sweet spice, hops and toasted malt. The finish is fruity with a spiced orange aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Sample at Bob’s Bar for CCBW during the "Founders CBS Tapping" event on 05/07/2015. Pours a somewhat opaque brown-black color with a thin light beige head that recedes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Dark fruit, chocolate and herbs. Medium body with flavors of balsamic vinegar, funky fruit, malt and chocolate. The finish is sour fruits and malt. Decent overall.

Draft pour at the Sixgill. Pours a thick looking yellow orange color with an oily head. Funky aroma with some peach and a little grassy. Flavor has some brett funk as well, with a dry woody finish. Hints of mango and lemon. Overall, not bad, but less my type of sour.
