[2/23/15] Draught at Bailey’s Taproom in Portland. Dark brown. Great sour aroma with funk, cobwebs, cherries and lacto. Puckering sour flavor with lacto, cherries, a sweetish note, some funk and lemon. Leaves the mouth dry. Medium-bodied. Very good.

Bottle - Tons of tropical fruit, citrus and herbal notes. Clear copper gold with a thin white head. Sweet, tart and fruity tropical notes. Little funk in the finish. Although little like an IPA, this is juicy, funky and tasty.

Bottle - Wonderfully sweet tropical fruit and brett notes. Mango and passion fruit especially. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Sweet tropical fruits, light citrus acidity and bitterness and a bit of sour funk. Finish is tart and bitter.

375ml bottle from Supermarket Liquor
Sounded like a shotgun blast when I removed the cap, it’s a gusher. What was left is hazy yellow with a huge white head, lots of lacing. Aroma is cheesy, barnyard and cucumber. Flavors of cucumber, yeast, barnyard, grainy and lemon
Not particularly bad, but not good either. Definitely NOT worth $7.99. What’s the deal with the wax on these bottles!

On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out zesty citrus, stone fruits, and light tartness. Flavour is unusual, bringing out hempy earthy notes, citrus zest, and medium tartness. A bit jumbled but nothing overly wrong with this, just not very complex.

Bottle shared by Sam B. at Capitol Beer. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is sort of winy, herby, sour, sweatsox. Near med body. Flavor is sour, herb, fruit. Maybe a touch of paper. Definitely firm sweatsox. Nice. Very.
