Bottle at the guest room - Roma.0973/ clear orange-gold with a thin, foamy white head. Nice tangerine and peach in the snout. Light sweetflavour with supportive pale malts, low bitterness, more sweet and citrusy fruits, further peach, a little papaya. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Smooth, tidy finish, some pithy citrus, a touch of rindy bitterness. Solid sessioner.

Cask at Ritual - Roma. Pours deep brown with a foamy, khaki head. The nose has soft toasted malts, background chocolate. Medium sweet flavour, some oily and sugary chocolate, low bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Sugary finish, some dark fruits, raisins and blackberries, chocolate, low roast. Decent cask gear.

Keg at a BrewDog Roma. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Nice clean biscuits in the nose, straw, lemon peel. Light sweetflavour, mild bittter hay, crisp cereal, further biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, a lick of grassy hop. Solid pils.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter wonderful lemon flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Super filtered-like appearance, ancient golden color with a medium off-white head. Nose: medium tropical aroma with highlights of amber malts. Mouth: pretty dry for a DIPA, a bit short too...although clean and tasty. Easy feel in a way. Thumbs up

Draught @ Lupollo 12, Rome. Pours cloudy mango orange with airy white head. Clear atoma og hops and citrus, with fruity notes and touches of malt. Bitter flavour pf hops and citrus, with sweetish notes of mango and yeast and touches of malt. Lingering, bitter aftertaste. Decent.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Pesca giallona, torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca media. Al naso tanta frutta tropicale, mango, arancia, passionfruit, erbaceo. In bocca ha un profilo amaro aggressivo, con nota erbacea, leggera astringenza, gratta un po' in gola. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Comunque ottima, ma andrebbe limata leggermente.

Tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Misty yellow pour, hay like. Foam is compact and extra white. Nose: softly dank, citric and resinous. Mouth: very hoppy, extra bitterness. Tasty sip, round and silky fruitiness.
