Draught at Diorama, 2/20/18.
Clear, pale golden-brass with a large, white head showing moderate-to-strong retention.
Heavy Mosaic in the nose showing some nectarine, other lightly juicy yellow fruits, as well as pine, but lots of scallion, unfortunately. No alcohol, light resin, some biscuit and cracker from the malt behind it all.
Dry, malty, engaging carbonation. Great texture overall and well-brewed but for the awful showing of Mosaic here. Just too much scallion and random bitter, vegetal qualities.

Keg at fynefest. Pours golden, nose is grapefruit, toffee, taste is juicy citrus, sweet, dry toffee.

Clear amber beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, caramel, some chocolate, sweet touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, bit metallic, grains, some caramel, chocolate notes. Aftertaste: little sourish, malty, soft roast, mocha, caramel, some chocolate.

Clear blond beer, aery irregular white soapy head, little stable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, little herbal, fruity touch, citrus and floral notes. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, not sweet though, bit grassy, nice bitterness, little metallic. Aftertaste: bitter, herbal, grassy bitterness, malty, grains, bit metallic, decent pilsener.

Bottle at the guest room - Roma. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, white head. Pithy citrus in the nose, a little pine, white grape, melon. Light to medium sweet flavour with mild bitter orange rind, more melon, pale bread, tangerine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more bright tangerine, a little oily resin, pale bread support, more melon, cantaloupe, orange. Solid.
