Bottle thanks to Homer! Pours clear golden, medium white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is floral, honey, pepper, coriander, dust. Flavor is very light sweet, but the honey flavor makes it seem sweeter than it is, light bitter, floral and light herbal notes. Lightish body. easy to drink.

Pretty nice. Resiny hop nose, a little stanky locker room. Nice malt, provides cushion to the hops but is unobtrusive. Semi-balanced, very drinkable if a bit too big.

Bottle split at RBWG ’15 hotel lobby share on the final night, thanks to whomever shared this one, 21/02/15. Rich amber with a moderate beige covering. Nose is rich fruit rinds, spice, dates, light wood, caramel. Taste comprises fruit cake, caramel, dates, light spice, biscuit, earthy. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, subtle barreled close with light warming alcohol. Solid enough BA BW.

750 mL bottle, brought by Rick to Ale Alpharetta. Pale, hazy yellow, with a thin, off-white head. Cloves, hay, yogurt, and honey. Slightly sweet, mild funk, and a touch of bitterness. Light body, sharp, clean and lively. This is a lovely, mild, and crisp saison.

On tap at Hopjacks. Pours a cloudy copper with small off white head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is floral hop and citrus. Medium mouth, nice dry hop bite, grass, pine, lingering bitterness, very good.
