a) Cold: Nice fruity apples on a sweetish and nice spiced body. The typical Winter-spices are there, clove, cinnamon and ripe sweetish but easy to drink apples with a winey body.
b) Warm: much more aromatic than cold. The spices are more present, the apple-cider is not too sweetish, round and full bodied. Fits round and great!

100cl bottle. Pours hazy golden colour, with no head. Aroma of fresh sweet apples, pears. Taste of sour riped apples, wood, citrons, good cider!

100cl bottle. Pours clear deep golden colour with a very smalll white head. Aroma of sweet riped pears ,sugar. Taste of pear, very sweet, low alcohol, okay!
