33cl bottle for 1,29€ at Alnatura in Witten. The Cider starts nice, fruity and a bit tart due to the red currant. Nearly no rest sweetness. The mainpart is fullbodied, fruity with a hint if sourness, refreshing. The aftertaste is not too long, a bit like gooseberry. --> Nice and refreshing combination! --> 10/12/9/10

Bottle (1000ml):Pale golden, unclear, mid-sized slowly collapsing white loose head, sweetish-fruity nose - pears and white grapes; sweetish flavour, some shy acidity underneath, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering sweetish fruity finish (peaches,pears and grapes), almost no tartness. Sweet, but still well quaffable…

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, lively carbonation, rapidly vanishing white fluffy head, sweetish-sourish apple-fruity nose, some faint traces of sulphur in the background, lemony fruitiness also detectable; mild sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, relatively low carbonated, but still present; citrussy traces in the a bit more tart sourishsweetish finish. Not a demanding cider, but a very well quaffable sample…

Bottle(1000ml): Pale golden, hazy, some loose bubbles in the rapidly vanishing white foamy layer, moderate to solid fruity-sourish (apples, what else…) nose with distinctive cellary undertones; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, relatively soft snd not too dry, almost medium bodied; sweetish-sourish fruity finish with a lingering, but still mild, "mouldy" tartness in the aftertaste. Ein gutes Schöppsche…

Bottle, 100cl. A clear, almost golden colored cider, flat. Apples, some barnyard, a vague chicken farm smell, and apple cores in the aroma. The flavor is pretty much the same, quite straightforward apple tasting, but with some lightly funky, earthy notes in the far back. Medium body, quite dry. Not the most exciting cider I’ve had, but quite decent and easy drinkable. 111015

1 liter bottle kindly shared by Yngwie at Haandbryggeriet, RBNAG-11. Clear golden body with low carbonation and just a really thin off-white white head. Mild aroma of matured apples together with acidic sour apples. Quite light in flavor, sweet and sour apples with hint of apple cores. Medium to thin body. Quite plain, but drinkable.

0.75l bottle shared @ Haandbryggeriet with RBNAG11 courtesy of yngwie. Pours a a clear pale yellow body with a really thin off-white head. Aroma is thin, tones of apples and wood. Average carbonation level with a watery mouthfeel. Flavors are thin apples and not much more. Some sweetness perhaps? And it's quite watery in the finish.

Shared bottle, thanks to yngwie. ABV 5.5%. Golden colour, just a slight carbonation. Aroma and flavour of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Quite drinkable.
