Ein überraschend gutes Bier aus Köln. Naturtrüb, fruchtiges und frisches Aroma mit Zitrusfrucht und frischen Äpfeln, leicht würzig und hefig, super süffig, samtig im Mund.

Aroma of malt, grains, light hop. Flavour is malty and grainy with a light bitter finish. Average Kolsch, meaning rather dull for me personally. *** revisit 2023, much better than I remembered, or maybe my palate has warmed up to Kölsch these past few years.

500ml bottle from Cork & Cask. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, grain, fruit, yeast. Taste is sweet malty, grainy, bread, some hay, straw notes, and fruity, yeasty with citric, grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Für ein Kölsch ungewöhnlich kernig und malzig, trotzdem mit allen Kölsch-typischen Merkmalen. Gemischtporige, relativ stabile Schaumkrone, helle goldgelbe Farbe, in der Nase kantig-grasiger Hopfen und eine getreidig-würzige Malzigkeit, dazu eine blumige und leicht hefige Aromatik, im Mund sehr schlank, leicht würzig und dezent malzig, relativ trocken, präsente Hopfenbittere, spritzige Kohlensäure, sortentypisch sehr süffig.

Аромат солодовый, весьма сильный, чувствуется все таки легкая сладость от зерен. Цвет чуть темнее по желтизне чем обычно. Пена неплоха, но убер быстро падает как при случайном открытие гей порно. Вкус с классической сладкой ноткой, что мне нравится и делает его предпочтительнее того же лагера. Послевкусие с легкой горчинкой, снова прям нотки зерна ощущаются. В целом, питко, можно выпить.

Can. Slightly hazy, lemonade colored with a small head. Aroma is like lemonade. Taste is also lemonade that is sweet all the way through.

Backlog from November 2024. Gaffel Kölsch drunk on a plane back home. Golden with malty grain notes, pretty big flavor for Kölsch. Decent bitterness, dry but still big body. Not bad. 3.1
