Bottles at the Hotel Majestic Pool bar (5/26-28) & also sampled at the brewery (5/28/15)
Amber colored beer with a beige head. Caramel and toast. Some light hop notes as well. Decent mouthfeel. Solid, but a little overly malty.

Refreshing and easy drinking, this is a nice pool side style blonde that works very well in the style. The feel is clean, and while being fairly light, it is not watery on the mouth.

Location: 750 ml bottle from the brewery, 5/28/15

Aroma: The aroma is oddly reminiscent of the local assyrtiko grape, a little earthy, grassy, lemon, and pale malt
Appearance: It pours a rather murky darker orange color with a thick frothy beige head and fairly heavy lace
Flavor: The flavor is fairly balanced, strong malt presence, lightly sweet, with a good, hearty hop bitterness as well
Palate: The body is medium, with an average carbonation, this one had a decent, but not great, overall feel
Overall Impression: Had a small sample of this at the brewery and I wasn't that impressed, but I got a bottle anyway since it's still more interesting than pretty much any other domestic beer I have found in Greece. As I'm drinking this bottle I'm enjoying it more though, so I'm going to give it a better score than I would have off the sample. Must be the water!

Aroma is lightly malts and quite full of lightly sweetish, quite floral hops. Taste lightly malts, floral hops, lightly sweetish, moderately bitter. Decent body and carbonation.
