Bottle at home. The colour is hazy dark amber with a big creamy beige head. The aroma is fruity with notes of peach, but also oak and a little nuts, forest floor and berries. Very interesting with clear signs of white wine. The taste still bears fruitiness with more grassy hops, but also a bit of the berry touch from the aroma and has a slightly dry aftertaste. Mouth feel is smooth, and the beer has a nice balanced medium bitterness. This is a great IPA with an interesting aroma with a slightly acidic flavor. The taste is good with a great hoppy touch.

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Lambertseter. Pours slightly hazy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with notes of soap, perfume and flowers. A bit yeasty and mildly hoppy with hints of citrus an tropical fruits. Medium sweet with soapy and candy like flavours and a fairly light bitterness. Not quite my cup of tea. Would actually prefer tea instead...

Appearance: Clear golden color with a white head. Fine lacing.
Aroma: Yeast, citric and fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet, and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Mild farmhouse yeast, citric and fruity.
Overall impression: Well I do not think the brett a like taste was intended. Maybe some infection going on. But they were lucky. It made this beer quite interesting and tasty. The bottle had a lot of sediments in the bottom. I avoided them, and I think you should do also!
Personal stats: Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Ski, Norway

750ml bottle, L-295/13, 6.5 % abv, from Vinmonopolet Bestillingsutvalget. Off-white pillow head to an unclear amber coloured body. Good lacework. Floral and fruity aroma with malty sweetness beneath. Fine fusion of sappy fruits and caramel malts to the taste buds. Rounded malt-fruity ending with a nice mid-dry bitter twist. Soft in the mouth and fine bodied. Much appreciated (shared with friends at a rating session, Tårnrommet, Tromsø 26.02.2014).

Flaske 0,75l. Spandert av Rune og drukket i godt sekskap på Tårnrommet sammen med flere andre 26 Feb 14. Gylden aprikosfarget. Lettskyet. Høyt kremaktig skum som varer. Kniplingslacing. God fruktaroma. Plommer. Blir fruktig bitter etter hvert.

Flaske 0,33l. Gave fra Rune. Batch 292/13. Drukket på RV124 16 Feb 14. Gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. Litt skum som forsvinner nesten helt. Bra sitrusaroma med innslag av krydder. Sprudler litt på tunga. Smaken er sitrusfrukter med underliggende gjær. Bra tørsteslukker som ikke blir for søt. Litt bunnfall. KI=1

0.33l bottle. Leaving it alone on the kitchen table after popping the cap is dangerous. It wants out of the bottle after a while and then you have to use the good old vaskeklut. Anyhow, it pours a cloudy orange looking one with a small lightly lacing just off-white top. On the nose I get a little bit of sweet fruits blended with dry clementine zest, light citrus and grapefruit bitterness. Definitely not extreme but it smells alright I have to say. Tastes alright as well. Feels soft oily in the mouth and it has a big bubbled average carbonation level. Soft grassy and zesty flavors. This and a little bit of hay dryness going on. Mellow and gentle bitterness all the way before it goes a light mouthdrying finish and aftertaste that also has hints of yeasty melon. Doesn't taste directly bad or unexciting at all, but it's still a beer I know that I won't be purchasing again. 20.12.2013
