SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Clear dark brown beer, small creamy to aery irregular beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: hazelnut praliné all right, lots of chocolate, tonka beans, almonds, marzipan, touch of cinnamon. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast, alcohol, sweet, lots of dark chocolate, tonka beans, pretty bitter, nice! Aftertaste: a bit yeasty, sweet, chemical touch, nice but a little sharp, caramel, sweet touch, chocolate, praliné, a bit smoky, some yeast, nice stuff.

33cl can from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, white, pink, average retention. C: dark red, hazy. A: raspberries, lactic, blueberries. T: medium malty base, raspberries, lactic, red fruits, blueberries, light puckering and sour fruity, medium carbonation, ok for the style, enjoyed for sure.

33cl can (7%) from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, egg-white, quick gone. C: gold, hazy. A: rich fruity, orange, tangerine, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, pine touch. T: medium malty base, orange, grapefruits, mellow tropical fruits, grapes, pineapple, decent bitterness but slightly more on the sweet side, soft carbonation, enjoyed.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of citrus, passion fruit, peach, vanilla and wine. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy citrusy and ripe tropical fruity, following is grassy, biscuity and yoghurty, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is average bitter. Zythos 2022. Very dark brown with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have some maple and a little bacon smokiness. Malty too. A bit too thin. In this case I would like the adjuncts to be more prominent.
