Now this is fun. Light, fruity, refreshing and summery. Lots of fruit there, clearly lime, and a bunch of various red fruits but reasonably subtle. Pretty tart, but I like it for it. The fruit and freshness make it great for sun.

Bottle thanks to William. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma us strong oak, cherry skin, funk, barnyard. Thin body, tart cherry, mineral. raspberry, light oak, light funk, delicate finish, enjoyed this.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata intensa, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso super nota di gin botanico, erbe, citrico, scorza d'arancia, vinoso, botte. In bocca è acida vinosa decisa, con note di arancia e chiusura erbacea, peppery, secca. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non molto Hill Farmstead nello stile, ma buona.
