Bottle from Delhaize St Kruiss, Brugge, Belgium, Saturday 6th December 2014. Pours a yolky, hazy beer with a large frothy, creamy, billowing head. Spicy, sweet, warming beer. Very soft in mouth a touch of creamy vanilla, a little crushed coriander, alcohol shows but doesn’t become too harsh. Look likens it too a shandy bass, I can see the angle she’s coming from. It’s very good. A7 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.9

Fun fact of the day ; The bottle contains a rather long description . Roughly said, it sais that the beer will turn more fuzzy with the ’natural ’ yeast in it ... Newsflash - this is not unique to your beer . If thats all you have to say as positive for you beer , it makes me fearfull .... pours clear ( I seperated yeast LIKE A PRO ) Good white head fades rather fast . Smell is same old sweetness, with a grainy and slightly bitter back ( Sigh, I’m bored already ) Taste is sweet, slightly grainy but mostly sugar . Yeasty frontnote ( reminds a lot of affligem, or is that just a play of mind ? ) Overcarbonated, as to be expected ... Its not bad , but if you told me its affligem , id believe you . If you told me its one of the other 1000 beers that taste almost exactly alike , I believe you too ... perhaps one day they turn out all to be aliases ???? Hahaha

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours clear golden with a big bubbly off white head. Aroma of Brett funk, citrus, soap, floral aspects, wood and rubber. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

75cl bottle from me, shared. Thick white head. Slightly hazy golden pour. Funky aroma. The American wood and tartness balance each other out nicely. Well done

Very stable, whipped eggwhite consistency, coffeemilk-colour head over totally opaque brown beer. Bit spicy and obvious dark malts, bit of cypress and other pine in the nose. Quite bitter, chocolate (bitter and milk-), spices and again cypress. Sweetness, malty (dark malts mainly) underneath. Medium bodied at least, medium to good carbonation, quite slick, very slight astringency. Quite good, actually.

Bottle . pours clear blonde . white foam fades fast . Smell is yeast and sugar . Taste is bitter in the first taste. Than gets to a sugary sweetness , with some yeast aspects. Malts are there, but not very intense . Some banana-like sweet tastenotes from the yeast build up towards the finish. The sharp and intense (over)carbonation make it start very bitter, but holds back on both drinkability and the subtile tastes that might (?) have made this beer complex . Not its just a bitter-made , sweet drink ... Very simple
