500ml bottle. Murky amber colour with average, frothy, viscid, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sugary, crystal malty aroma, citrusy hoppy overtones, hints of lemon. Taste is citrusy bitter hoppy, hints of lemon, dry hints of red currant, slightly sweet caramel malty basis; lingering bitter finish. Slightly dubious, viscid appearance, seemingly flat carbonation generates more strength than expected.

Good English pale ale. Not great, but good for the style. Noticeably the body is better than usual. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
