330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal-grassy and slightly fruity, minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, minimally spicy, pale malty background, hints of nettle, lemon balm, pear, yellow apple. Taste is dry, grassy-spicy, slightly herbal, hoppy, pale malty basis almost without residual sweetness, hints of nettle, a touch of lemon balm, earthy grassy herbs. Slightly oily, watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Well hopped, spicy - very nice .

330ml bottle. Milky, orange golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and slightly floral, minimally fruity hoppy aroma, mellow malty background, hints of fresh hay, some yellow stone fruit. Taste is crisp, moderately bitter, grassy-spicy and slightly floral hoppy, slightly fruity as well, mellow malty basis, hints of fresh hay, petals, some yellow stone fruit, apricot, a weak touch of nettle; hop bitterness remains slightly pungent throughout and dominates the lingering, hoppy finish. Slightly oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, soft carbonation. Very clean, nicely hopped, unobtrusive malty basis - enjoyable.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, and consumed at home Wednesday 22nd February 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, warming up a Spaghetti Bolognese. Pours hazy yellow with a white head, nice bite but also a little sweetness. A little dryer than expected, a decent bitterness and hoppiness throughout, citrussy, good.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, consumed at home Saturday 18th February 2023 listening to The Murder Capital - Gigi’s Recovery and cooking a Morroccan Fish Tagine. Pours hazy lemony colour with a large white head, the lemon comment also holds true for the taste which has a nice brisk citrusy flurry, slight dryness, decent Pils, I like this.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a haze and a foamy head. Grass, hay and hints of citrus and herbs in the aroma. The taste is fairly bitter with notes of grass, lemon, orange and herbs. Refreshing and enjoyable with a biting yet not overwhelming bitterness.

Bottle picked up from a random Getränkemarkt, had this Wednesday 16th November 2022, my birthday we had a Salmon and Cream Cheese pasta meal listening to Marc Riley on 6Music and he just played 10,000 Maniacs from a session, which I suspect was about 88-90? * Update, it was from 1987, I think that it was an Andy Kershaw session, Poison in the Well, Gun Shy, Don't Talk and one further track, great session btw. Pours brown with an off white head. Taste is fine if a little plodding and unexciting, some caramel, everything else verges on the subtle and average, mouthfeel fine, sweetness is moderate, hops are very subtle. It's okay but a little bit pedestrian.

Getreidig-bitterer Beginn. Trocken würzig, eher wenig hopfig, nordisch. Spritzig, die Bitterkeit bleibt aber prägend, langer Nachgeschmack mit erneut getreidigen Aromen. 9/8/8/7/8/8
