We are dually focused on barrel-aged mixed-fermented beers and fresh hoppy ales. Founded on our shared passions for brewing science, delicious flavors, and the craft of beer production, we brew beers that are balanced, drinkable, and highly aromatic without tongue-scraping bitterness or piercing sourness. Beer should be a pleasure to savor, not a challenge to conquer!

16oz can from Tavour. Clear, golden pour, lively carbonation, thin white foamy head. Malty, grainy aroma, bready. Taste is sweet and malty, sourdough, light tingle at the back. Creamy, smooth texture.

Can shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Opaque black with nice viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, coffee, cinnamon, mild caramel. Taste is strong cinnamon, roasted malt, coffee, milder oak. Smooth, a bit thin on the palate (but what do you expect for 6.5%), soft carbonation, finish as taste. Wonderful aroma and taste and, while body may seem "thin," this is relative to the strength of the aroma and flavor and you would expect a fuller, heavier beer, but it is consistent with ABV. Unbelievable strength for ABV and VALUE! No chilis but kind of Abraxas light!

16 oz can. Aroma is bursting with chocolate, wood, and most of all coffee. The Amburana gives a cinnamon, and wood of course. Body is really great for the gravity with a smoothness. For only 6.5%, this is quite amazing!

Can (1/22/25) shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Deeply hazy dark yellow, trace sparkle, ring of head and soapy lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla, orange sherbet/creamsicle, lemon/lime. Taste is super strong orange creamsicle, milder lemon/lime. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Super strong and nice complexity. Love it!

16 oz can. Aroma is bold orange and lime zest. The flavor is bold of lime and lemon. A soft lingering vanilla after the citrus 🍋🟩 🍊. It really is like a rainbow sherbet. Nice mouthfeel with a creamy texture. No lactose here!!!!

Can shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Lightly hazy golden yellow, trace sparkle, ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is pale & Pilsner malt, light florals. Taste follows aroma with late strong cracker. Silky smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Super smooth, but neither strong nor complex. Nice crusher.

16 oz can. Aroma is toasted grain and slight corn-like notes. Toasted malty, sweet and slight caramel or toffee. Crisp texture and light breadish finish. Proper for the style.

16 oz can. Thick full smoothie Consistency. The banana and coconut are definitely here. Mild herb for balance. Creamy texture and thick. Which again this doesn’t feel like a beer when I’m drinking it. Good for this ridiculous style.

16 oz can. Aroma is soft yeast, but mostly hops. In the flavor the yeast is down played by big juicy Citra and Nelson. White grape, orange, and mild yeast. I really enjoy how different this is. It also has a bright fruit character.
