Draft @ Lord Chambray brewery tap, Gozo. Pours gold with a pure white head, light mist. Very light fruitiness at play, distant citrus orange and lychee with a gentle smoky breeze. I'm glad I was told the longan fruit produces a light smokiness, else I would've thought it was a brewing fault. A bit below average really, just not much to go on, very little longan fruit character.

Draft @ Lord Chambray brewery tap. Pours a misty pale golden yellow, white head. Aroma of pale malt, bitter hop. Flavour profile delivers no NZ hop characteristics at all, it's all rather tame, weak and very bitter. Most disappointing.

Draft @ Lord Chambray Brewery tap. Pours a generally clear golden amber, frothy white head. Decent bitter hoppy presence, quite easy going with a simplistic breezy citrus profile, straw pale malt, dry bitter finish. Ok.

330ml can from Lord Chambray brewery. Drunk from the can watching a horse swim in the sea at Mgarr ferry port. No comment on appearance. Great lime presence, moderately sweet lager profile, great drinkability, a step above LC's other lagers for sure.

330ml can from Popp, Malta. Pours a very pale yellow, white head. Very faint straw on the nose. Fairly thin bodied, a little malty with a modest sweetness, light bitter prickle.. seems very simplistic and lacking substance.

330ml bottle from Lord Chambray brewery. Pours a dull hazed, dark chestnut brown, thin off-white head. Moderate toffee sweetness, sticky moments but feeling a little light bodied overall. Went well with watching the pink panther.

330ml can from Lord Chambray. Misty pale yellow appearance, small foamy white head. Aroma is sugary sweet, no wit aromatics at all. Fairly light, thin body. Interesting floral sweet side but not coming across like a wit whatsoever. No orange peel notes, little spice, no wit yeast, a bit watery and lacklustre with no direction at all.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon, orange and biscuit. Taste is bready lemon. Dry, thin finish.
