Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini e carbonazione abbondante si fa ricordare per i merletti sul vetro. La consistenza del liquido è limpida, a bollicine fini di bassa frizzantezza con carbonazione vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva . In bocca sentori di agrumato, erbaceo, floreale e frumento.
