Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A pale amber pour with a thin white head; citrus aroma; medium bodied with a citrus taste with some pine in the background; and grapefruit to finish. Rather good.

500ml bottle bought at Eide Handel. Shared with Magne, Per, and Leif. Pours a clear amber body, stable white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Moderate aromas of fruity wheat. Tastes quite nice with moments of mid-sweet malts, citrus peels and a distant spicy vibe. Mid-dry fruity ending, bittersweet. Satisfying. (Sommarøy 20.08.2021).

500ml bottle – Pours a clear coppery brown colour with a small foamy beige head. The aroma is fruity and malty, sweet malts, dried fruit, nutty and light sweet chocolate notes. A similar sweetish malty fruity taste, toasted malts, caramel, chocolate and dried fruit flavours with a hoppy dry bitter finish.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - golden amber with decent white lacing. Nose - orange and grapefruit over caramel. Taste - caramel again, more citrus and possibly a little pine. Palate - light to medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Overall - a traditional pale ale. Quite good.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Grassy aroma. Floral tones. Caramel. Taste has a modest resin bitterness on an empty base. A citric/lemon zest flavor afterwards. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, watery texture. Workmanlike and uninspired but quite drinkable.

500ml bottle; 5.6% ABV, BB 28th Oct 2021. Drank at home on 26th Nov 2020. Clean amber bronze body, off-white topping. Malty molasses rule this semi-sweet brew, dark berry hints mid-sip, but it's all about the malts.

Brown with a creamy, off-white head that lingers. Aroma of roasted grains, tobacco, dark chocolate. Pleasant. Taste dominated by a steady, toasted bitterness. Bittersweet at the end with a caramel note. Body to the light side of medium, moderate carbonation. Good.
