Description
Don't tell him beer is a guy's drink. Marjorie Jacobi is a girl, she loves jewelry, the color purple and beer! In 2009 she opened her own micro-brewery business and joined the very closed circle of female brewers. There are less than fifteen in France and Marjorie is surely the most rock'n roll of all.
In the village of Blainville-sur -Eau, Marjorie's house can be seen from afar. Purple shutters, flashy flowers and a garden gnome perched on the window. She even renamed the street after her microbrewery: Paradise. Marjorie launched her brewing in her kitchen. The computer scientist slashes everything and becomes a full-time "brewer".
A few meters from the vats, Marjorie has opened a small bar where you can taste her beers "but not every day, because hey ... Besides, there is not much stock." Proud of its success, the "stirrer-brewer" plans to expand and open a terrace this summer. Health, happiness, prosperity! She has found her paradise.

Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Hazy golden, coarse lively head. Minerally yeasty nose with some soapy pineapple. Sweetish with heavily spritzy carbonation and light-medium body. Gassy with fake tropical fruits and slight metallic finish. A problematic wheat beer where the flaws try to hide under a thin layer of American hops.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas.

Draught at La Fine Mousse, 5.5% ABV
Hazy light amber color. It has a delicate aroma of plums, and light fruit schnaps too. Good body, round mouthfeel; it still has a moderate residual sweetness, although the strong bitterness is prevailing; mild fruity character, with woody, a bit astringent final.
Not a bad beer, correctly brewed, but also fruit and bitterness don’t work well together usually.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas.

Cask at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Poured a light copper colour with a thin white broken head. The aroma is rich and fruity, leading to a bitter grassy floral hoppy, slightly bitter taste with some spicy notes. A very drinkable IPA and more than fine for a session.
