[10/20/13] Draught at Eurhop Beer Festival 2013 in Rome. Hazy golden. Floral aroma with some citric hops and spicy yeast. Flavor has some yeast, light fruity sweetness, citric and floral hops and moderate bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Bottled. A unclear yellow beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, wheat, and hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and hay, leading to a dry finish.

19/10/2013 Eurhop (tap). Ambrata scarica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma leggera e non molto persistente. Al naso sentori di luppolo, malto, medicinale, mix non perfetto. In bocca conferma le stesse sensazioni, amara, risulta un po’ sgraziata e di non facile beva. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Così così.

19/10/2013 Eurhop (tap). Bionda, curiosamente limpida, schiuma bianca media, abbastanza persistente. Al naso una bella nota luppolata, agrumato e floreale, malto, esteri (quasi) non pervenuti. In bocca si beve bene, somiglia più a una blond che non a una blanche, ma è perfetta come session, fresca e dissetante. Corpo leggero, carbonazione corretta. Molto buona!

Bottle [from trade with EricKok] shared with Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Lightly unclear orange color, small white head. Smell malts, hops, some orangepeel. Taste malts, hops, bitterness, slightly orangepeel. Medium body and carbonation. Very nice for a 4.2% ABV beer!

Bottle @ benzai thx to benzai. Unclear orange colour with a small to medium sized off-white head. Smells hops, fresh, fruity, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Amazing smell. Tastes bitter, sweet, fruity, mango, fresh.. Amazing taste. I think this might be my favorite French beer. Medium body, great carbo.

From tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is peachy hoppy, light herbal note. Greasy hoppy, peachy and dry grapefruity. Dry and almost herbal finish.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 26/09/13. Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin off white head. Nose is earthy hops, grass, bitter orange, hint of pine, light grapefruit tones. Taste comprises juicy hop notes, grass, grapefruit, orange pith, hint of yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitterness in the finish. Decent IPA.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Glowing gold, slightly cloudy, with a huge, pillowy head. Nice hop nose, citrus, hay, bread. Lemony. Somewhat sweet, with citrus flavor. Clean, dry, nice bitterness. Good.
