Cask@o, connels, Tre Golden, slightly hazy color, small white head. Light-bodied. Hayidh hoppyness, fruityness, short finish. Another decent British ale lacking malts after having nice hop profile.

Cask@ Gallows Bird, Espoo. Clear golden, thin white head. Light citrusy aroma, weak aroma overall. Flavor has citrus, rhubarb, hops. Super dry. Thin body. Not bad, but feels over hopped for the abv, now if thats possible.

(Cask at Kitty’s, 20140124) The beer poured black. Its head was small, dense, lightly brown and it lasted long. Aroma had burnt malts, coffee and chocolate. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were hops, sweetness, burnt malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A nicely done brew with balanced burtness.

Cask @ Gallows Bird ⅩⅦ Real Ale Festival
Aroma has butter, diacetyl and almost nothing else. Perhaps some toffee and distant grassy tones. Flavour has strong buttery tones, diacetyl, some minerals and hints of toffee. Too much diacetyl here.

Cask @ Gallows Bird Real Ale Festval 2014
Pours clear yellow with a bubbly head. Aroma of citrus, grass and caramely malts. Taste is light, fruity and bitter with massive amounts of hops, hints of citrus and grapefruit. Finish is extremely hoppy, bitter and slightly fruity with long lasting hoppy notes. Nice.

Aroma is a bit musty with some fruity hops and hints of grain. Also pineapples. Flavour is hoppy with woody tones, some minerals and fruits. Finishes with lingering hops. Also hints of caramel. Nice and hoppy; a positive surprise.
