At Zest brewery we make an excellent range of beers brimming with quality, character and passion all infused with a touch of Planet Rock!
Zest Brewery has been borne from merging centuries’ old brewing techniques with progressive thinking to deliver a range of both traditional and innovative beers of outstanding quality in cask, bottle and canned format.
The lessons learnt from our Oldershaw Brewery roots are being used to continue to look after our local customers, to start our mobile bar business offering both static pop up bars of various sizes and also a converted horsebox bar – Bar Zest – and to broaden our bespoke bottling capability.
Beers are available to trade through direct delivery and wholesale distribution. Casks of beer are available for parties, weddings, corporate events and all celebrations.

ABV: 3.8%. Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180809]

26/5/2018. Cask at the Lincoln CAMRA Beer Festival 2018. Pours clear amber brown with s lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hop, toffee, citrus, orange and wood. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Fruity, malty and quite dry finish. Nice brew.

Two cask pints in The Square Sail, Lincoln on 24th Nov 2017. Burnt copper body, white crown. Fairly malty in nature with a decent bitter finish, some fruitiness in the flavour too. Decent, hence the second pint.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Mildly sweet malts, touch of grain. Mellow floral mid. Modest orange and orange peel. Light finish. Clean but a tad dull.
