Opaque black beer, frothy light brown head.Coffee minerals nose. Slightly soft and slighty dry palate, a modest amount of carbonation. Subtle vanilla wood (nothing like a US Oak Barrel beer). A whisper of bubblegum sweetness. Rounded off by coffee - smoothing out everything. Turns soft and creamy with a trace of fruit and minerals. Coffee again in the soft finish. Nice!

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, milk chocolate, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Hazy light amber color. The aroma is a fermentation mess of vegetables, with iron, menses, dirty feet and puke. If I manage to swallow some sips, it gives a metallic and acidic caramel flavor, with vegetables and spices; dry finish, quite boozy too. Undrinkable.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty, light hops fruity - citrusy. Sweet flavoured, light phenolic and alcohol presence. Crisp citrusy fruity hops flavour swept through. Ends dry, bitter and citrusy.

Cloudy amber with a medium beige head. Hoppy aroma with roasted malt, caramel and piney notes. Flavour had hops, pine, grapefruits and roasted malt. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmith76. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a rough off-white head. Sweet fruity nose. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, fruity with a little yeast and phenols. Rather hoppy and alcohoic finish. 030410

Big brown coarseish head. Opaque black body. Yeasty chocolate aroma with milky peppery notes. Dry-sweet alcoholic coffee and chocolate taste with sugary choke notes. Mid-to-light body. Soft fizzy mouthfeel. Sweet chocolatey coffee aftertaste with hoppy notes. Interesting and unusual, but too earthy and musty for my taste. (0.5l bottle shared by KnutAlbert.)
