Hefig-süßer Antrunk, wenig klebrig. Der Hopfen ist führend und unterwirft sich als einziges nicht der Klebrigkeit. Nicht sehr speziell aber süffig und nett. 8/9/8/8//9

Very cloudy, pale yellow but dense looking beer, very creamy and huge white head. Stable and adhesive. Aroma: urine (!), sour apple, lemon juice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: cow farm, yeast, some lemon, bready, some hops. Aftertaste: pretty dry in the end, little bitter but somewhat watery.

bouteille 33cl couleur brune claire, col épais beige Arôme est houblonné, malt pale avec note de fruits En bouche, une bière porter gardant un profile bien belge où je note quand même un long fini fruité noir allant sur l’aigreur. A cela s’ajoute le malt grillé, chocolat amer avec sur la fin une touche de café. Reste sec, herbeuse et une fine amertume tout en gardant ce profile belge par sa levure.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to light heavy yeasty, fruity, mandarin, papaja, wood, light alcohol, damp stain - fusty notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, overrippedfruit. light plastic - rubber, damp stain - fusty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110108]

750 ml bottle courtesy of Charles at Demervallei, shared with hizzoner BigMomma. Thank you sirs! Cloudy golden, medium white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of slightly sour citrus, wheat and light coriander. Taste is peppery citrus with very subtle hops, light body. More of a wheat ale than a Belgian strong. Nice.
