Bottle @ Papsø. Thanks. Pours unclear golden with small floaties and a creamy bubbly head. Nose is sweet and yeasty. Fruit and dough. Full bodied. Fruity flavor with a bit of yeast. Pleasant and well balanced.

Hazy deep blond color. The aroma is fruity, a bit spicy, with light alcohol and plastic. Good body strength, with sweetish malt flavor, light spicy profile, evident alcohol perception, but also some vegetables. Strong bitterness. Not bad, but the flavor could be better.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a white head leaving a discreet lacework. Sweet fruity nose with subtle traces of yeast. Medium body, sweet fruit - bananas and other exotic fruits. A little astringency in the finish but overall quite pleasant. 230410

Draught at Zythos Beer Festival 2010. Dark reddish maroon, double head with small and large bubbles. Aroma of smoky caramel malt and raisins. Taste has port wine, grapes, dates, burnt espresso. Very nice.

At Zythos Beer Festival 2010. Clear yellow, white head, decent lacing. Aroma of citrus, bread, light spice. Taste has plenty of malts, but nice balance of hops as well. Light body. Interesting.

Draught ZBF: Poured a reddish tinted black with a beige color head. Aroma is chocolate and leafy. Taste is a mix of burnt roasted malt, cooking chocolate, and light bitterness.
