Description
In 2016, the oldest running brewery in the Central Valley met its new owners… Arthur Moye was a CPA with a passion for homebrewing before making a giant leap and selling his practice to acquire Full Circle Brewing Co. The rebirth of FCB was backed by a group of investors, all members of the community, many of whom banded together financially because they so strongly believed in our vision. The change of ownership resulted in rapid growth and rebirth for the brewery and allowed us to expand from a 7.5BBL brewhouse only producing draft beer to a 15BBL brewhouse producing a majority of packaged beer able to reach the consumer market throughout California.
Today, Full Circle Brewing Co. remains dedicated to the quality and flavor of our beers and you can taste the passion, commitment, and experience in every glass and can. We are not only breathing new life into this old brewery, but we are committed to reviving downtown Fresno and our own historic Chinatown. We love beer, we love live entertainment, we love Fresno, and we love this brewery!

Can from Corti Bros. Pours dark brn/blk with a large foamy darkish tan head. Aroma of chocolate and burnt malt, perhaps a touch of berry. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is equally cherry and burnt malt. Dark chocolaty malt. Surprisingly dry. Moderately bitter. Tasty.

Canned 1/13/21. Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours hazy reddish color with a transient pink tinged head. Aroma of berry pie - even the pastry part! Med body. Tart and mouth attacking. Flavor is berry with aspects that suggest pie crust. Interesting. A bit over on the sour side for me - but not very far over.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. Aroma suggests banana and strawberry. Med plus body - thanks to a lot of carbonation - soft tho. Flavor is juicy - less than dry. Flavor is mango, passion fruit, banana, earth. Maybe melon. No strawberry. Has sharp bits and bitterness. Quite tasty.

The aromas are a nice blend of citrus and cut grass hops with a little pale malt. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose with a little caramel in there, A little juicy sweet up front but balanced with good carbonation and a bit of bitter. Good body and a slight increase in bitterness in the finish. Nice beer.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours extremely hazy gold with a large creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is very, very fruity, but marginally juicy. It's tropical, pale stone and everything. Med plus body. Dankish. Flavors are immense. Mostly tropical. Not all that dry, but very dry considering the juiciness. Think the lactose is detectable. Mango, grapefruit, pine, pineapple and much more I'm sure. It is an amazingly flavorful and hoppy ale. Decently bitter too. Malt? I can't find it. Fantastic.

Can from Total Wine in San Jose, CA (Stevens Creek) Pours slightly translucent gold with a large white head. Aroma is primarily vanilla. Approaching medium body. Flavor is vanilla - with a slight non-malty aspect that seems rice. A bit sweet, but not approaching sugar/stickiness. There is a little bitterness, but unless it's floral hop I do not know from whence it comes. Different.
