Description
In 2016, the oldest running brewery in the Central Valley met its new owners… Arthur Moye was a CPA with a passion for homebrewing before making a giant leap and selling his practice to acquire Full Circle Brewing Co. The rebirth of FCB was backed by a group of investors, all members of the community, many of whom banded together financially because they so strongly believed in our vision. The change of ownership resulted in rapid growth and rebirth for the brewery and allowed us to expand from a 7.5BBL brewhouse only producing draft beer to a 15BBL brewhouse producing a majority of packaged beer able to reach the consumer market throughout California.
Today, Full Circle Brewing Co. remains dedicated to the quality and flavor of our beers and you can taste the passion, commitment, and experience in every glass and can. We are not only breathing new life into this old brewery, but we are committed to reviving downtown Fresno and our own historic Chinatown. We love beer, we love live entertainment, we love Fresno, and we love this brewery!

On tap at Pita Kabob in Visalia. Pureed red-rose with minimal pink head that leaves a collar. Berry and sour are both pronounced. Could be a little too overt for the style as some rounding could be nice, but a good beer overall.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent/hazy with a white head. Aroma is floral/earthy for me. Med body. Flavor is earthy/floral and maybe a touch of something else. Mild caramel support, mostly lost in the hop flavors, which are nicely strong. Reasonably dry. Moderately bitter. Very different; quite a nice flavor IMHO.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma seems a citrus/tropical mix. Light caramel. Med body. Flavor is somewhat dank for me - citrus/tropical/floral tho. Dry. Hoppy. Bitter in excess of moderate. Enticing. Tasty.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours opaque orange tinged gold with a foamy white head. Rather juicy aroma. Med + body. Flavor is fruity and pretty malty/sweet. Yet it has an astringent impact. Turns juicily. Lots of fruity hop. High level of malt support. Surprisingly tasty. Dang nice.

Sampled at Toronado 2009 Barleywine Festival. Pours crystal clear amber with copper edges and micro thin tan to off white head. The aroma is moderate in strength that is sort of a cherry to near cherry cough syrup sensation followed by sugar maltness. The nose seems lacking in depth a bit. Maybe this is due to the last beer I tried having an amazing aroma. The taste is sickly sweet. It goes from sugar sweet malts and approaches cherry fruitiness mixing with a little bit of plum and then rolling into a cherry cough syrup sensation. It smooths out into a slick sweet finish.
