Description
In 2016, the oldest running brewery in the Central Valley met its new owners… Arthur Moye was a CPA with a passion for homebrewing before making a giant leap and selling his practice to acquire Full Circle Brewing Co. The rebirth of FCB was backed by a group of investors, all members of the community, many of whom banded together financially because they so strongly believed in our vision. The change of ownership resulted in rapid growth and rebirth for the brewery and allowed us to expand from a 7.5BBL brewhouse only producing draft beer to a 15BBL brewhouse producing a majority of packaged beer able to reach the consumer market throughout California.

Today, Full Circle Brewing Co. remains dedicated to the quality and flavor of our beers and you can taste the passion, commitment, and experience in every glass and can. We are not only breathing new life into this old brewery, but we are committed to reviving downtown Fresno and our own historic Chinatown. We love beer, we love live entertainment, we love Fresno, and we love this brewery!

Can from Grocery Outlet in Vacaville, CA. Pours clear, bright gold with a nice white head. Aroma actually is a sort of bready thing that does sort of suggest ramen. Med body or so. Flavor is bready?ramen with citrus and definite peppercorns. Green? Could be, but not strong black. Pretty dry. Spicy bitter. Very nice flavor.

Can from Grocery Outlet in Vacaville, CA. Pours translucent red with a very lightly pink tinged large foamy head. Aroma is very strawberry with a touch of earth. Approaching med body. Flavor is barnyard/strawberry. Could be a slight touch of pedio, but the barnyard seems closer to Brett (not saying it's Brett). Very dry. Tart. Very interesting ale.

Part of my second and last flight in Ale Tales, San Diego on 20th January 2022. looking at it you'd never guess what lies within. It's a misty orange colour with a wispy white head and collar. It is basically a liquid version of the pie in it's name. Not too sure I should be liking this sort of thing, but I found it both interesting and fun to drink.

Part of my second and last flight in Ale Tales, San Diego on 20th January 2022. Misty red body, beige head. Smelled and tasted of sour Cranberries, yet there was also a semblance of sweetness too.

16 oz. can. Date: 03/01/21. Aroma is raspberry, tart orange, pineapple, lactic acid. Flavor starts mildly sweet then turns massively tart and sour. Pineapple, tart raspberry, lemon juice, and maybe yogurt. A solid amount of pucker after the sip. No lactose here! ( thank the Lord!) This sour ale will not cheat you on the tartness. Wow!
