Description
In 2016, the oldest running brewery in the Central Valley met its new owners… Arthur Moye was a CPA with a passion for homebrewing before making a giant leap and selling his practice to acquire Full Circle Brewing Co. The rebirth of FCB was backed by a group of investors, all members of the community, many of whom banded together financially because they so strongly believed in our vision. The change of ownership resulted in rapid growth and rebirth for the brewery and allowed us to expand from a 7.5BBL brewhouse only producing draft beer to a 15BBL brewhouse producing a majority of packaged beer able to reach the consumer market throughout California.
Today, Full Circle Brewing Co. remains dedicated to the quality and flavor of our beers and you can taste the passion, commitment, and experience in every glass and can. We are not only breathing new life into this old brewery, but we are committed to reviving downtown Fresno and our own historic Chinatown. We love beer, we love live entertainment, we love Fresno, and we love this brewery!

16 oz can from Spikes. Hazy orange golden body, small foamy head. Aroma is citrus, straw, hint of dank. Taste is light fruity flalvors, orange, grassy, light hoppy notes at the back, but which linger for a while. Lightweight, mildly hoppy, mildly juicy.

16 oz can from Longs. Hazy golden, one finger creamy head. Milky, vanilla aroma, touch of orange. Taste is a lot of vanilla, sweet and creamy. A small touch of orange gives it a creamsicle vibe for a moment and some light bitternes, but his a straight up vanilla milkshake.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours slightly dirty, hazy gold with a large foamy white head that hints of pineapple juice between the little bubbles. Weird aroma - like pineapple juice from a can at war with coconut. Med plus body. Flavor is like toasted coconut at mouth rear bottom and pineapple juice more towards up and forward. My mouth feels like it's under assault by warring flavors. Might be a bit of heat. Fruitily undry. Pineappley astringent/bitter. Don't get the idea it tastes bad. IT DOES NOT. But it's a heavy duty flavor monster. Good experience. Impact rivals that of an IS.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours dark brown with a huge foamy tan head. Aroma is pretty nice coffee. Medium plus body. Flavor is very nice coffee with something like lactose to go with the coffee and some tasty chocolate. A little burnt toast seems to provide bitter. Not too dry; pretty bitter. Tastes good.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours copper tinged gold with a slight, transient white head. Mild, slightly tart guava aroma. Med body more or less. Flavor is tart, but it is extremely guava as beer things go. A light sour note in the finish. I can recall guava in beers, but I don't recall any having so much guava as this. I really like it. Well done, flavor wise.
