Description
Long-time beer enthusiast, Stéphane Dumeynieu, a former teacher, has always worked hard for his favorite drink. The range of beers respects the "Nature & Progress" specifications. It is located in Graulhet, in the Tarn. Inventive, Stéphane Dumeynieu, does not hesitate to think outside the box, multiplying new aromatizations, or even working beers with very long guards, like the bubble of the vines.

Created in 2005, the brewery initially moved to Montans in a winemaker's cellar. This first installation makes it possible to "understand" the name of the Brasserie des Vignes. On Easter Day 2005, the brewery produced its first beer called "Bulles de Vignes", followed quickly by La Clandestine.

Sampled draft @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Hazy orange, little head. Nose is minimal barnyard, wine, mineral, acidic zest, funk. Taste is acidic rain water, funk, overly watery with big ditch water nose which is unfortunate since the sour oak, low vinegar sour profile is not bad with some sour grape. Rain water watery body.

Draft sample @ Vine Birre Ribelli ’16.
